Ivan was appointed Managing Director of HPO Technologies in April 2022, having previously served as Ops Director and COO. He has extensive experience in around operations, leadership and management roles in both commercial and military sectors.

KRISTIAN MERRITT

Technology and Digital Product Director

With 20+ years of experience in tech, Kristian joined HPO Technologies to lead the Technology and Digital Product Department. He was previously the Director of Digital Transformation at David Lloyd Clubs for 7 years.

 

TOMMY MATTHEWS

PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR

Tommy has extensive experience in the fitness industry, developing large group and boutique training models for the biggest UK and international fitness chains. He's a specialist in physical preparation, the development of scalable fitness programming and integration of technology for worldwide fitness services.

MUSHTAQ SADAT

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Mushtaq is the Financial Controller at BMF and formerly an Investment Analyst at NM Capital, where he contributed significantly to portfolio oversight, including HPO's financial performance. He holds a Masters from the London School of Economics (LSE) and has experience in international development.

JOE FORESHEW

HEAD OF TACTICAL SOLUTIONS

Joe is a former Army Officer, with 25 years' experience as an Army Physical Trainer, specialising in Rehabilitation, Training Elite forces and Research & Development. Joe holds a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science and an MSc in Sports Coaching Science.

PROJECTS COORDINATOR

Since joining HPO in October 2022, Henry has successfully delivered impactful project communications, to drive measurable change to individuals and organisations alike. His contributions have played a role in successfully launching and managing various projects, showcasing his commitment to achieving lasting results.

DYLAN REYNOLDS

DATA ANALYST

Since joining HPO in November 2022, Dylan has been the lead on data analysis and reporting. He has also assisted on development across our technology platform.
